María del Mar García Garrido is a young woman suffering from a degenerative disease with no known diagnosis. For unknown causes her body is paralyzing day after day and she can only move her face and neck muscles. However, this does not stop her from leading a normal life. She studies journalism and has a very intense social and family life. Mar starred a TV report called ‘Mar afuera’ for Channel 2 of Spanish TV.
