Lucía Lantero is a young woman from the city of Santander in Spain. She travelled to Haiti to cooperate, and there she decided to found an NGO to offer food, shelter, education and psychological aid to Haitian children forced to leave their homes and families and surviving as beggars and sometimes even forced to become slaves.
