The Foundation What Really Matters and the Foundation Aladina have joined forces to give a great diffusion to What Really Matters the movie, the first 100% non-profit movie whose earnings will be donated directly to the network of summer camps for sick children, SeriousFun children’s network, founded by Paul Newman. As Paco Arango says: “Both organizations are brought together by a common objective: to value what is truly important and to transmit those values to the youngest people, creating hope. I look to do the same thing with my movie”
What Really Matters tells the story of Alec, an English mechanical engineer who is unable to put order into his life. When his electrical apparel reparation shop, “The healer”, is about to go bankrupt, a relative which he never knew he had offers him to solve his problems but in exchange he has to move for one year to New Scotland, the place of origin of his family. There he will discover that around him happen the most incomprehensible things.
